I’m Debbie Vuong, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through emotional, social, and developmental challenges.
I work with a wide range of clients, including neurodivergent individuals. I have a special interest in supporting those on the autism spectrum and others who experience the world differently—whether through sensory sensitivities, emotional intensity, or social processing differences.
My approach is developmentally informed, relational, and responsive to each client’s needs. With younger clients, I use playful, collaborative therapy to build emotional awareness and communication skills. With teens, therapy offers a space to explore identity, relationships, and the pressures of growing up. For young adults—particularly those who are neurodivergent—I offer support in building confidence, managing anxiety, and developing strategies that honor their unique ways of being.
I offer in-person therapy in San Rafael and San Francisco, as well as Telehealth sessions for clients throughout California.
