Please call me to discuss my current fee. The majority of my practice is self-pay. I am not offering sliding scale or low fee slots at this time. If I cannot accommodate your financial situation, I will try my best to assist you in finding appropriate referrals.
I do not accept health insurance or third-party payers, however, I can provide you with a "superbill" to submit to your insurance provider in order to pursue reimbursements. If your health insurance allows out-of-network providers (PPO plan), you may be eligible for reimbursement from your provider. Please check with your health insurance about coverage.
